Promotional Booking Information
All promotional break bookings are allocated a bronze range caravan on either Unity Beach or Golden Sands with a check-in time of 5pm.
All caravans come fully equipped for your self-catering stay & benefit from gas/electric heating and double glazing. All bookings include 1 vehicle, but an additional vehicle can be added for £3.00 per night. Please note that promotional bookings are non-refundable & date changes are not available. Any amendments to your party make-up are subject to a £20 administration fee in addition to any other associated costs.
The balance required to secure your newspaper promotional booking is outlined in your confirmation email. All charges outlined must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to make payment may result in your booking being cancelled with no refund made.
Privilege Passes*
Enjoy access to Brean Splash, our award-winning waterpark, and Brean Play, the Southwest’s largest indoor soft play centre, at a 50% discount, with privilege passes charged at just £9.95.
You’ll also receive discount vouchers for the Brean Theme Park (If open during your break), half-price green fees at Brean Golf Club & Brean Country Club, and additional savings across the resort.
Your Privilege Pass includes FREE entry to RJ’s, our main entertainment venue.
Save the Hassle and Hire Bedding
No bedding is included with your promotional booking but is added automatically to your reservation for a charge of £20 (£25 if added within 3 days of arrival). Should you choose to bring your own please remember that you will need to pack your duvets, pillows & linen. Our bedding option is a great way to save space in the car! Remember, if you upgrade your bedding comes free of charge so the £20 will be deducted from your final balance.
Pre-Authorisation
Before arrival, you will be required to complete your pre-arrival check-in. An email will be sent out to you 2 days before arrival with this pre-check-in link. £75 pre-authorisation – this is a deposit to cover damage to (including smoke damage) & cleanliness of your accommodation. This is not a transaction but a temporary hold only – no money will leave your account. These funds will be released back for spending within 7 working days of your departure providing the accommodation was left as found on your arrival. Failure to complete pre-check-in can result in a delay of entry into the resort.
Please note that there is an increased pre-authorisation on pet units (£100) & our hot tub accommodation (£150).
Pets
If you’d like to bring your pet along please ensure you call us as soon as possible to check if we have pet-friendly accommodation available for your holiday dates. Pets are charged at £20 each (Max 2 per accommodation).

Gold Sands – £25
This range is excellent value for those looking to be close to the beach. 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan. Located at Golden Sands. Check-in from 5pm.
Silver 3 Bed – £40 (Pet-friendly caravans available)
For those who like a more cosy and contemporary accommodation choice, our Popular holiday homes tick all the boxes. Each one has three bedrooms accommodating up to six people, and are centrally heated and double-glazed. Check in 5pm. Pets are accepted in some accommodation.
Bronze 4 Bed – £60 (Pet-friendly caravans available)
The Bronze 4 homes have everything from the Classic range but boast 4 bedrooms, consisting of one double and three twin rooms - perfect for big family get-togethers. Equipped with two showers and toilets at either end of the caravan, so no queues in the morning! Pets are accepted in some accommodation. Check in 5pm.
Platinum 3 Bed – £85 (Pet-friendly caravans available)
The Platinum 3 Bedroom Holiday Home offers a touch of luxury, featuring one double and two twin rooms, making it perfect for families or groups of up to six. With a spacious open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and modern furnishings, it’s the ideal choice for a premium getaway. Some units also include balconies or enclosed gardens for added relaxation. Pets are accepted in some accommodation. Check-in from 5pm.
Silver 4 Bed – £80 (Pet-friendly caravans available)
This range gives you the extra space you need with a modern finish. 4 bedroom, 8 berth caravan. 2 vehicles included. Located on Holiday Resort Unity. Check-in from 5pm.
Gold – £75 (Pet-friendly caravans available)
Our Gold holiday homes feature a modern, stylish and luxurious feel. All have double glazing, central heating and modern facilities. Each home has two or three bedrooms accommodating up to six people. Check in 4pm. Pets are accepted in some accommodation. Pets are accepted in some accommodation.
Looking for extra luxury & space? Our lodges are the perfect option! All include 2 cars/parking spaces & some even include your own private hot tub!! All upgrades are based on 4 sharing.
Bronze Lodge – £155
This lodge range offers both 2 bed, 4 berth and 3 bed, 6 berth options and is located at Golden Sands. They offer lots of space in the living area, a large family shower room, decking, and patio furniture. Check-in from 4pm.
Silver Lodge – £160
Offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, featuring an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and living room diner. With one double bedroom and two twin rooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The lodge includes central heating and double-glazed windows for year-round comfort. Bed linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. Check-in is available from 5pm.
Gold & Platinum Lodge – £210
This lodge has a large, modern living area and a luxurious country-style kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer! The large double bedroom with en-suite shower room is complemented by two spacious twin rooms. The lodge also benefits from a family bathroom with full-size bath with an overhead shower along with decking and patio furniture. 3 bedroom, 6 berth lodge. Located at Brean Leisure Park on Holiday Resort Unity. Check-in from 4pm.
Silver 2 Bed Lodge – £239
This lodge comes with a bath in the en-suite in addition to your own private hot tub! A spacious double bedroom is complimented by an additional twin room & family shower room. You’ll also benefit from decking & patio furniture to the outside of the lodge. 2 bedroom, 4 berth lodge. Located at Golden Sands. Check-in from 4pm.
Platinum 2 Bed Lodge – £299
The lodge with sea views from the hot tub! With a large master bedroom with en-suite & an additional twin room, these lodges really do have it all.
